Lovely atmosphere and friendly staff. Wife and myself had a starter main course and a glass of wine each. Really good value for money...

Great welcome by the staff on arrival. Food was served fairly promptly but unfortunately one dish was warm in temperature rather than hot as expected. This was soon rectified but I feel 4 stars is deserved. We would certainly eat there again when back in the area.

Amazing Indian place. Jamal was very friendly and helfpul, made us feel very welcome. And the food was excellent, best baigan bharta I have had in a while. The coffee and wine were perfect too. In all, had a very good dinner and service, would definitely recommend

We can't speak highly enough of this lovely Indian restaurant. The service and advice were friendly and spot on! And the food was fabulous, just how we wanted it cooked and if you are used to curries in the UK, ask for them to be made more spicy ranging from 1 , (Uk Madras), to 3, (blow your head off)! But the Royal Indien also caters for those who seek flavour without the heat with a variety of other dishes. And for a desert, try the Rice Pudding with cardamom, almonds and cinnamon. It's devine!! We will be back the next time we're in Nantes!! 😋

The atmosphere is really friendly even the food is amazing. Even I take bymistake something really spicy and normally I cannot eat spicy food, so the chef step up and he change the food for me and he give me for take away and the most amazing thing is HE GIVE ME RICE ALSO which was not expected. Must recommend to go for everyone.

The food was very tasty and good, the place is very cozy. I really recommand, despite the delay we had with 1 of the orders. A very good restaurant to try.

Very nice restaurant, one of the best Indian restaurants I've had the opportunity to go in France. Tasty, good proportions, decent prices. Nice staff, well located in a lovely walking street in the heart of the city.
